Pregnancy Relaxation

In person classes are back in Leigh on Sea!!

Pregnancy Relaxation classes offer you a chance to chat with other mums to be and connect with your growing bump. as well as relax & release any stresses, worries, or fears you may have about pregnancy or birth.

 

You'll begin to move from feeling nervous and uncertain about your upcoming birth, to feeling a sense of trust and confidence in your body and a deeper connection with your baby. Let go of the worries you have around your upcoming birth, open your eyes to the numerous ways that EVERY birth can be made better when you have coping strategies and are empowered by your birth choices and rights.

Start each session with a hot drink and tasty snack as we check in to share any exciting news, let go of any frustrations and share in each others experiences of pregnancy.

I will lead each weeks bitesized Hypnobirthing class as you finish up your tea - the subject varies week on week and I am always keen to share the info you need most, so let me know if there's anything you want covered when you book! The topics are chosen to reinforce your knowledge and confidence as you prepare your birthing environment, your partner, your mind and your body

Next we will practice our Calm breathing technique which is a simple but powerful way for you to relax during the session & at any time during pregnancy and birth, as well as supporting optimal labour and calm parenting.

 

Then it's time to settle back on your mat, as you sink down to enjoy a gentle, guided relaxation written especially to be enjoyed throughout your pregnancy as you bond with your growing baby, release any conscious or subconscious fears, and grow in confidence about your baby and your body's ability to birth beautifully!

Sessions run Wednesday evenings 7.30-8.45 and are booked monthly in blocks of 4 weeks at a cost of £45
